Gratitude!

Gratitude is one of the biggest keys to living a happy and healthy life.  Not only does it help us change our perspective from a/the victim, but it also helps us pause, exit our anxiety path and get back on track.  

Here are some quick and easy ways to practice gratitude at home:

1. Say please and thank you.

2. Help someone less fortunate.

3. Volunteer.

4. Send out thank you cards.

5. Look for awe-inspiring moments in your day.

6. Share your gratitude at bedtime.

7. Share your gratitude at the dinner table.

8. Compliment others.

9. Keep a gratitude journal.

10. Write a letter.

11. Create a family gratitude list.

12. Create a family gratitude journal.

13. Give someone a gift.

14. Always look for the positive.

15. Practice turning complaints in to praises.

16. Create a gratitude jar.

17. Donate to a nonprofit.

18. Take gratitude walks.

19. Ask why.

20. Work through envy.
